Program Objectives

  2. Enable participants to master simple art meditation methods, learn to use artistic creation (such as painting, music, handcrafts) as a medium to connect with their inner selves and achieve mental relaxation and spiritual nourishment.

  3. Cultivate participants' sensitivity to beauty, awaken their inner creativity, and establish a positive and peaceful lifestyle through the dual healing of art and meditation.

  4. Help participants reduce anxiety, improve focus, and build a harmonious relationship between body and mind in a relaxed and non-judgmental creative atmosphere.
